La Bella Vita, The beautiful life as the Italians would say, We've taken a classic German pilsner and added some Bohemian hops, and then headed over the Alps to dry hop it in the Italian style, Giving you a beautifully aromatic take on Lager, The Saaz hops give it that classic 'herbal' quality, and the choice of Hersbruker lends it a distinct floral note, whilst retaining the Noble hop character, mOnce it has rested in the tanks for several weeks it is finished.

Based on the original Czech pilsner recipe to produce a slightly spicier and hoppy lager, ideal for soft water brewing. This fairly dry beer can easily be drunk alone or as an accompaniment with food. Not too strong with an ABV c. 4.7%
A premium Pilsner combining a mix of malted barleys to produce a medium bodied, refreshing flavour with a sense of complexity. With a single varietal hop, from the Saaz (Noble Hop) family selected to provide bright forward citrus notes of lemon, lime and tropical fruits and lingering behind which is a subtle sense of spice laden aromatics. Producing a classic craft Pilsner.

Our house lager is a classic Pilsner hopped with Hallertau Blanc and Hallertau Mittelfrüh. Crisp, clean and sessionable.
Our 2021 runaway success story is our 4 week cold conditioned pilsner. Found on draught exclusively at our venues and now in can!
Lagered properly with 30 days minimum conditioning time crisp and clean with a note of bread and spice on the nose. Unfiltered but bright in the can as it should be!
The iconic pilsner style with its balance of malt sweetness, delicate Saaz hop aroma and moderate bitterness makes for an irresistible drinking experience. This ‘twisted’ Pilsner adds a gentle Kazbek dry hop for an appetising citrus note. Clean and crisp with a soft lingering bitterness. Unfiltered, unpasteurised and naturally carbonated. Lemon and lime citrus lead the aroma accompanied by subtle grapefruit notes and some pepper spice. Classic light-bodied bread-malty sweetness with notes of honey from the pilsner malt and a trace of sulphur. Clean and crisp with a soft lingering bitterness.
The Pilsner style originated in the Czech Republic relatively recently in 1842 and was revolutionary for it’s use of bottom-fermenting yeast. Its popularity was accelerated by important technological innovations of the day: refrigeration which aided production, and mechanised glassware manufacturing which introduced distribution in bottles and also allowed consumers to better see the beer they were drinking. Today, the attractive golden hue and refreshing flavour have made Pilsner-style beers the most popular on Earth.
