Description
Pilsner is the pale beer that defines the essence of a lager. Czech pilsners are golden and full-bodied, a result of floor-malted barley. German pilsners use delicate and spicy hops, producing a thin, light colour that tastes "cleaner." All pilsners are noted for their refreshing crispness. Our hazy Pilsner took inspiration from the clouds that regularly cover the summit of Penygadar. This cloudy, unfiltered Pilsner, combines a mix of hops and malted barleys to produce a medium bodied, refreshing citrus flavour with a sense of complexity. Creating a classic, opaque, craft, Pilsner. Pilsner yw'r cwrw golau sy'n diffinio hanfod lager. Mae pilsners Tsiec yn euraidd ac yn llawn corff, o ganlyniad i haidd brag llawr. Mae pilsners Almaeneg yn defnyddio hopys cain a sbeislyd, gan gynhyrchu lliw tenau, ysgafn sy'n blasu'n "lanach." Mae pob pilsners yn nodedig am eu crispness adfywiol. Cafodd ein Pilsner niwlog ysbrydoliaeth o’r cymylau sy’n gorchuddio copa Penygadar yn rheolaidd. Mae'r Pilsner cymylog, heb ei hidlo, yn cyfuno cymysgedd o hopys a haidd brag i gynhyrchu blas sitrws adfywiol, corff canolig gydag ymdeimlad o gymhlethdod. Creu clasur, afloyw, crefft, Pilsner.
