Adagio is Colbier’s interpretation of the classic Munich Dunkel. Brewed with Polaris and Perle hops, it offers gentle herbal and minty tones beneath a rich malt profile of toasted bread and dark chocolate. With low bitterness and a crisp, clean finish, it’s a balanced and highly drinkable dark lager — ideal for long evenings and easy sipping.
