Jazz is a vibrant New England IPA brewed in collaboration with Jasper Yeast and Brewser. Using El Dorado, Cascade, Citra, and Mosaic hops, this brew delivers intense tropical fruit notes. Warm fermentation and the rare mash-hopping technique enhance hop expression, while barley and wheat malts provide a soft, hazy body. A bold yet smooth take on a modern classic.
