Description
Side Quest is a 6.0% ABV Export India Porter brewed in collaboration with Elusive Brewing. This dark and moody beer balances the roasty and bitter backbone of a classic porter with a modern twist. Hopped with Green Bullet and Centennial in the boil, and dry-hopped with Nelson Sauvin and Idaho 7 Cryo, it delivers layers of orange citrus, tropical fruits, and subtle resinous character for a unique and flavourful experience. Appearance: Deep brown to black with a creamy tan head. Aroma: Roasted malt mingled with orange zest, tropical fruit, and a light resinous note. Flavour: Bitter roasted malts balanced with bright orange citrus and tropical fruit flavours, finishing with a clean bitterness. Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied with a smooth, crisp finish.
