Fossil Fuel is a jurassic fantastic NZ hop collab with the legends at Staggeringly Good. Featuring a full hand of Freestyle Hop's finest - Waimea, Rakau, Nelson Sauvin T90 and Nelson Sauvin Kief - it's a gloriously bright golden Westie with stacks of gooseberry, grape and resin on the nose, flavours of lemon citrus and pine on the palate, and a crisp, heady bitterness on the finish.
