RIBA is Garage Beer Co’s take on a true Northern German Pilsner, brewed with meticulous attention to detail. Using 100% reverse osmosis water and Bamberg Pilsner malt, it delivers a crisp, bready base. A trio of German hops—Hallertau Mittelfrüh, Tettnang, and Saphir—bring herbal, floral, and citrus zest aromas, while a slow, cold fermentation with Bavarian lager yeast ensures a clean and refined finish. Naturally carbonated for a smooth, elegant mouthfeel.
