//Bayonet Brewing x Three Blind Mice x Lallemand// In a long overdue return collab we were excited to welcome Three Blind Mice to Northallerton to give our previous brew, Jerboa, the DIPA treatment! Expect a huge amount of Papaya, White Grape, Lemon and Lime thanks to the amazing New Zealand Revolution Hop Blend which went down so well previously! Not only that but we also had the opportunity to work with the team at Lallemand to trial the brand new LalBrew Pomona™ hybrid yeast! This amazing yeast amplifies the hops to give a unique and juicy flavour profile with extra notes of peach, citrus, and tropical fruit! The result? One punchy DIPA! We loved working with Three Blind Mice again and hugely appreciate Lallemand jumping in with LalBrew Pomona™ to help crown Jerboa!
