Stargazer is a 5.0% ABV IPA from Neighbourhood Brew Co, showcasing a hazy orange pour with inviting aromas of candied fruit and fruit gummies. Crafted with cara malt, it has a touch of caramel sweetness that complements the tropical and citrus notes from Citra and Cascade hops. A well-balanced bitterness ties it all together. Appearance: Hazy orange with a frothy, off-white head. Aroma: Wafts of candied fruits, fruit gummies, and a light hop spice. Flavour: Tropical fruits with prominent grapefruit and a subtle caramel undertone. Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied with a smooth, slightly bitter finish.
