This creamy dessert stout layers cocoa and dark chocolate biscuit malts with sweet marshmallow and a hint of tart raspberry. Perfectly balanced between richness and light fruity tartness, it’s a decadent treat with a nostalgic nod to the classic rocky road. Appearance: Deep brown to black with a creamy tan head. Aroma: Cocoa and dark chocolate with notes of sweet marshmallow and subtle raspberry. Flavour: Rich chocolate and biscuit malts, a burst of marshmallow sweetness, and a tangy raspberry finish. Mouthfeel: Smooth and creamy, medium-bodied.
