Underwater Song is an award-winning Baltic Porter, cold-fermented with lager yeast at 10°C and then meticulously lagered for exceptional smoothness. A complex malt bill of 12 varieties delivers deep layers of coffee, molasses, raisin, and caramel. Traditional English hops—Challenger and East Kent Goldings—provide balance with a firm yet refined bitterness. Full-bodied and warming, this is a true celebration of malt complexity.
