Description

Produced as a collaboration between AxelJack Brewery and growers Llanblethian Orchards based in the Vale of Glamorgan, this Welsh craft cider is a delight. A medium-dry, still cider, organically grown, blended and produced from a selection of c. 30 types of eating, cider and cooking apples, such as Ashton Brown Jersey, Black Tom Putt, Blue Sweet, Breakwell’s Seedling, Broxwood Foxwhelp, Colemans Seedling, Langworthy, Morgans Sweet, Pig Aderyn, Sweet Copin, Yarlington Mill and more. Many of these are rare breeds and it is this, combined with the traditional and organic husbandry of the orchards, that helps provide the refreshing and unique flavour for this cider.
