Brewed with Belgian Belle Saison yeast, it delivers a delicate balance of spice, light tartness, and subtle fruitiness. A malt bill of Pale Ale, wheat, and rye enhances its complexity, complementing the gentle hop character from Centennial, Pacific Jade, and Wai-Iti.
