REGISTER TODAYKölsch is a bright and hoppy beer style originating from Cologne. This German beer-style, is extremely protected and purists will say it's only a real Kölsch if it's brewed according to the rules of the Reinheitsgebot.
Kölsch is warm fermented with top-fermenting yeast, then conditioned like a lager at cold temperatures. This creates a very clear and crisp, hoppy ale with a touch of fruitiness and spice. A much cleaner finish than the standard Pale ale.
