We give you, Demockracy. A very generously double dry hopped pale that can be enjoyed by one and all. And let’s face it, after the last few years we’ve had, everyone deserves a treat. That’s why we’ve packed this one with the 3 hop powerhouses. Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe. Waves of tropical fruit, loads of berry, and light lemon zest with passion fruit rumbling in the background. Masses of flavour at a very sessionable 3.8% ABV.

Colbier Solo Can 440ml

Inspired by the IPAs that got us into beer, this beer is bold and hoppy, taking a step back to a time when IPAs were heavy on bitterness as well as aroma hops. This is a single malt, single hop brew to display the biscuit flavours of Maris Otter, as well as the different levels obtained from Cascade (UK) when used in bittering, whirlpool and dry-hopping stages. Cascade (UK) gives a slightly more subtle, well-rounded flavour to its US cousin, while still delivering an intense kick of orange, grapefruit and lychee.

You're still my friend, despite the distance, we will be together soon. This new IPA is a New England style hazy IPA, fermented with our house IPA yeast, dry hopped with Vic Secret and Amarillo for a smooth and heady aroma of pine, orange and passion fruit. No hops were added until fermentation started so there is very little bitterness and loads of body.
