Another beer in our pub ale range, this time honouring the forgotten classic style of beer the ruby ale. A combination of 5 different coloured malts give this beer big malty complexity - expect to find notes of chocolate, toffee, chicory. We ferment this beer using a traditional English ale yeast at warmer temperatures to give a fruity ester profile giving notes of plums and pears to the nose
