Description
Pash Pash was originally brewed for a friend's 50th birthday party as a small batch Tasting Room beer back in early 2020. We received such an incredible response from customers that we decided to make it a regular in the Carnival beer cannon. Pash Pash is based on the Carnival house Berliner Weiss recipe, brewed with lager malt and wheat, soured and fermented with loads of passion fruit to give a huge tart hit of tropical fruits that lingers on the tongue with a little snap, pop and ping of fizz.
