This purple floral-fruit-fusion gives you sweetness and body from the generous additions of plum and pomegranate juice, balanced off by a gentle souring from the lactic produced by an ingenious tank sour yeast culture, all delicately topped off with a floral note of hibiscus flowers provided to us by our friends at Atkinsons.
