Another hop duo, this time Mosaic and Palisade are on show here. We all know of the delights that Mosaic has to offer, and all of its mango and blueberry goodness are on show here. But an often overlooked hop, Palisade gets its time in the limelight here, and it makes Ocata a beer that pleases both fans of new and old school IPA alike. It brings light floral, citrus and grassy qualities to the show and in combo with Mosaic we see bright lemon juice aromatics, complementing light tropical notes and a dash of grassy, herbaciousness. Not over the top in any aspect, this is a beer all about achieving balance between all ingredients, making it one of our most accessible beers to all drinkers.
