Lervig did it, After they all travelled to Boston, and came back inspired to finally jump on the juicy bandwagon. The biggest issue with these beers is that they have to be drank fast! Drink immediately. The freshness is what it’s all about. Unless you are working at a brewery, you can see what a hoppy IPA tastes like straight out of the fermentation tank.
